School Enrichment
What do students learn?
Students learn the fundamentals of programming in python to build a range of projects. We use a mixture of Raspberry Pi’s projects, data science projects and web development. We blend hands on programming with knowlegde of the global tech sphere and ethical discussions.
These sessions are designed to boost attainment, spark creativity, build problem solving skills, and open up conversations about real-world tech issues that students rarely get to explore in the standard curriculum.
Our mission is to help students think critically, create boldly and see themselves as future innovators - regardless of background or prior experience.
Session Logistics:
1.5hr sessions
On school site, either after school or a half term/holiday enrichment
Maximum 20 Students per group
No Prior Experience needed
Sessions tailored to meet school GCSE or A-level needs
Rough Course Outline
Why does enrichment matter?
Too often, students—especially from underrepresented backgrounds—are taught to consume technology, not create it. These sessions are designed to flip that script. We want every student to walk away not just knowing how tech works, but believing that they belong in the world of technology and can shape its future.
We also understand that not every school has acess to computer science teachers. Our enrichment programme can help schools to boost their attainment in GCSE/ A-Level computer science or provide support for students who were not able to choose computer science as an option.
